Ranges reflect median observed cycles under Amavita's Six-Gate QC. Regulator review weeks are median calendar time excluding stop-clock and are based on the 2024–2026 pipeline. Sworn certification cost covers translator fees for the legal instruments recognized in each jurisdiction (POA, CPP, GMP, and where required, ICF/Protocol). Apostille lead time assumes U.S. or EU origin; add 5 weeks per document for non-Hague origins.
How this estimator works
- Translation cost = pages × country per-page rate. Rates reflect regulated-content translation with termbase and TM governance, not raw MT post-editing.
- Translation calendar time = ceil(pages ÷ 25/day) working days per country in parallel; rush mode doubles throughput and adds a 25% cost surcharge.
- Sworn cost = per-doc rate × count of documents that country's regulator requires from a sworn / perito / official translator. Certificate-of-accuracy documents are excluded.
- Apostille adds 2 weeks for Hague-origin source docs; consular legalization adds 5 weeks.
- Regulator review weeks are median calendar time by submission type. The optional requerimiento cycle adds each country's typical response window on top.
- Critical path = max across selected countries of (legalization + translation + review [+ requerimiento]).
